देव भूमि जे के न्यूज 6-June-2025- डोईवालाःहिमालयन अस्पताल जौलीग्रांट में गंभीर श्वसन रोगियों को अब और भी बेहतर उपचार मिल सकेगा। अस्पताल के रेस्पिरेटिरी मेडिसिन विभाग में डेडीकेटेड (समर्पित) हाई डिपेंडेंसी यूनिट (एचडीयू) तैयार की गई है। एसआरएचयू के अध्यक्ष डॉ. विजय धस्माना ने नवनिर्मित एचडीयू का औपचारिक उद्घाटन कर जन स्वास्थ्य को समर्पित किया।
शुक्रवार को हिमालयन अस्पताल जॉलीग्रांट के रेस्पिरेटरी वार्ड में डेडीकेटेड हाई डिपेंडेंसी यूनिट (एचडीयू) का शुभारंभ करते हुए एसआरएचयू के अध्यक्ष डॉ. विजय धस्माना ने कहा कि मरीजों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए हिमालयन हॉस्पिटल में लगातार स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में इजाफा किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया 21 बेड वाले अत्याधुनिक सुविधायुक्त एचडीयू में गंभीर श्वसन रोगियों की गहन निगरानी व विशेष देखभाल प्रदान की जायेगी। इसके अलावा चौबीस घंटे वार्ड में डॉक्टरों व नर्सिंग स्टाफ तैनात रहेगा। उन्होंने मेडिकल स्टाफ से गंभीर देखभाल के दौरान रोगी और परिचारक परामर्श के महत्व पर जोर दिया।
रेस्पिरेटरी मेडिसिन की विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. राखी खंडूरी ने कहा नई युनिट गंभीर श्वसन रोगियों का बेहतर प्रबंधन करने के लिए वेंटिलेटर और उन्नत श्वसन सहायता सहित उच्च-स्तरीय निगरानी करने वाले उपकरणों से सुसज्जित है। इस अवसर पर एचआईएमएस के प्रिंसिपल ले.ज. डॉ. दलजीत सिंह, निदेशक अस्पताल सेवाएं डॉ. हेम चंद्रा, डॉ. प्रकाश केश्वैया, डॉ. आरएस सैनी, डॉ. डीसी जोशी, डॉ. राजेश माहेश्वरी, डॉ. अनिल जुयाल, डॉ. आरएम कौशिक, डॉ. सुशांत खण्डूरी, डॉ. मनोज कुमार, डॉ. वरूणा, डॉ. राहुल कुमार गुप्ता उपस्थित थे।
Dev Bhoomi JK News 6-June-2025- Doiwala: Critical respiratory patients will now be able to get even better treatment at Himalayan Hospital Jollygrant. A dedicated High Dependency Unit (HDU) has been prepared in the Respiratory Medicine Department of the hospital. SRHU Chairman Dr. Vijay Dhasmana formally inaugurated the newly constructed HDU and dedicated it to public health.
Inaugurating the Dedicated High Dependency Unit (HDU) in the Respiratory Ward of Himalayan Hospital Jollygrant on Friday, SRHU Chairman Dr. Vijay Dhasmana said that keeping in mind the convenience of the patients, health facilities are being continuously increased in Himalayan Hospital. He said that in the 21-bed state-of-the-art HDU, intensive monitoring and special care will be provided to critical respiratory patients. Apart from this, doctors and nursing staff will be deployed in the ward round the clock. He stressed the importance of patient and attendant consultation during critical care from the medical staff.
Dr. Rakhi Khanduri, Head of the Department of Respiratory Medicine, said that the new unit is equipped with high-level monitoring equipment including ventilators and advanced respiratory support to better manage critical respiratory patients.
