*उत्तराखंड को-आपरेटिव बैंक लि० ऋषिकेश ने धूमधाम से मनाया सिल्वर जुबली समारोह*

ऋषिकेश 18 मई 2025-उत्तराखंड को-आपरेटिव बैंक लि० ऋषिकेश की 25 वी वार्षिक सामान्य निकाय की बैठक बैंक अध्यक्ष श्री चिता अणि सेमवाल जी की अध्यक्षता से यात्रा बस अड़ा के एक होटल में सम्पन्न हुई जिसमे अपर निबंधक सहकारिता आनन्द शुक्ला मुख्य अतिथि रहे। बैंक अध्यक्ष द्वारा सभी सदस्यों विशेष आमंत्रित सदस्यों कर्मचारी अधिकारी गण पत्रकार साथियों का स्वागत सम्बोधन किया ।
बैंक अध्यक्ष बैंक के सफलतापूर्वक 25 वर्ष होने पर सभी स्थापना के सहयोगी सदस्यों का धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया की आपके सहयोग से आज बैंक निरंतर प्रगति के पथ पर आगे बढ़ रहा है बैंक की आज 4 शाखाये व 2 विस्तार पटल देहरादून जिले में कार्यरत है और आगामी वर्ष में एक और नई शाखा खोलने की योजना प्रस्तावित है उन्होंने अपने सम्बोधन में सभी अंशधारकों से अपील की है कि वे अपने बचत खाते नजदीकी शाखा में खुलवा दे जिससे उनका लाभांश स्वतः ही उनके खाते में चला जाएगा अध्यक्ष जी द्वारा सदन में वर्ष 24-25 के लिए 9% लाभांश की घोषणा की गई जिस पर सदन द्वारा पर हर्ष व्यक्त किया साथ ही अनुरोध किया की जिन खाताधारकों का खाता दो वर्षों से अपरिचालित है वे अपनी शाखा में जाकर खाते को पुनः परिचालित करवा ले दस वर्षों से जिन खातों में लेन देन नहीं हो रहा है वे अपने खाते सुचारु कर दे अन्य दशा में उसनकी राशि आरबीआई में DEAF खाते में चली जाती है। बैंक अध्यक्ष द्वारा मुख्य अतिथि आनन्द शुक्ला के साथ अतिरिक्त विशेष आमंत्रित अतिथि जे पी जोशी , भरत सिंह पंवार, यशपाल पंवार, एस एस राणा, बिशन खन्ना, लाखी राम रतुडी. अनूप मितल, वंश अगरवाल और नलिन गहर्लोत्रा विशेष आमंत्रित अतिथि के रूप में मौजूद रहे। जिनका स्वागत बैंक अध्यक्ष सी एम सेमवाल ‌द्वारा तथा आमंत्रित विशिष्ट अतिथियों का स्वागत प्रबंधक समिति के सदस्यों द्वारा माल्यार्पण व पुष्प गुच्छ भेंट कर किया गया। बैंक स्थापना के 25 वर्ष पूरे होने पर अतिथियों को बैंक का प्रतीक चिह्न भी प्रदान किया गया।

बैंक सचिव एस एस राणा ‌द्वारा बैंक के वितीय वर्ष 2024-25 पर प्रकाश डालते हुए बताया की बैंक का व्यवसाय २०158 करोड़ है सकल लाभ रु०155 लाख है व शुद्ध लाभ रु० 108 लाख रहा बैंक का सकल एन पी ए 2.13% है तथा नेट एन पी ए 0.11% कैपिटल रिस्क ऐसेट रेशियो (CRAR)-14.15% है बैंक की अपर नथनपुर देहरादून में नई शाखा ने इस वर्ष कार्य प्रारंभ किया है सचिव ‌द्वारा सदन में वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए रु० 1067 लाख का बजट प्रस्तुत किया जिसे सभी सदस्यों अनुमोदित किया साथ ही सचिव द्वारा सदन को बताया गया की बैंक की एकल ऋण सीमा अब रु० 1 करोड़ हो चुकी है बैंक अपनी अंशपूंजी 5 करोड़ से बढ़ कर 50 करोड़ तक बढ़ाने का संशोधन करने जा रही है इन्होंने बैंक के स्थापना के सदस्यों आभार व्यक्त किया साथ ही कर्मचारियों से ईमानदारी कर्तव्यनिष्ठा से अपने कार्यों के प्रति सजगता पूर्वक कार्य करने का बोध किया यह सफलतम 25 वर्ष आपके प्रयासों का प्रतिफल है जो आज बैंक का लाभ प्रतिवर्ष बढ़ता जा रहा है।

Rishikesh 18 May 2025-The 25th Annual General Body Meeting of Uttarakhand Co-operative Bank Ltd. Rishikesh was held in a hotel in Yatra Bus Adda under the chairmanship of Bank President Shri Chita Ani Semwal ji, in which Additional Registrar Cooperative Shri Anand Shukla ji was the chief guest. Bank Chairman Ji welcomed all the members, specially invited members, employees, officers, journalists and colleagues. Bank Chairman Ji thanked all the members of the establishment on the successful completion of 25 years of the bank and said that with your cooperation, today the bank is moving ahead on the path of continuous progress. Today, the bank has 4 branches and 2 extension desks working in Dehradun district and in the coming year, a plan is proposed to open one more new branch. In his address, he appealed to all the shareholders to open their savings accounts in the nearest branch so that their dividend will automatically go to their account. Chairman Ji announced 9% dividend for the year 24-25 in the House, on which the House expressed happiness and also requested that the account holders whose accounts have been inoperative for two years should go to their branch and get their accounts re-operated. The accounts in which transactions are not happening for ten years should make their accounts operational. Otherwise, its amount goes to the DEAF account in RBI. Additional special invited guests J P Joshi, Bharat Singh Panwar, Yashpal Panwar, S S Rana, Bishan Khanna, Lakhi Ram Ratudi, Anoop Mittal, Vansh Agarwal and Nalin Gaharlotra were present as special invited guests along with the chief guest Anand Shukla by the bank chairman. They were welcomed by the bank chairman CM Semwal and the invited special guests by the members of the managing committee by garlanding and presenting bouquets. The bank’s logo was also presented to the guests on completion of 25 years of the bank’s establishment.

Bank Secretary S S Rana Ji, while throwing light on the financial year 2024-25 of the bank, said that the business of the bank is 20158 crores, the gross profit is Rs. 155 lakhs and the net profit is Rs. 108 lakhs. The gross NPA of the bank is 2.13% and the net NPA is 0.11%. Capital Risk Asset Ratio (CRAR)-14.15%. The new branch of the bank in Upper Nathanpur Dehradun has started functioning this year. The Secretary presented a budget of Rs. 1067 lakhs for the year 2025-26 in the House, which was approved by all the members. The Secretary also informed the House that the single loan limit of the bank has now become Rs. 1 crore. The bank is going to make an amendment to increase its share capital from Rs. 5 crores to Rs. 50 crores. He thanked the members of the bank for its establishment and also urged the employees to work with honesty and dedication towards their work.
