देहरादून:-राज्य सरकार द्वारा जड़ी-बूटी एवं सागौन पौधों के कृषिकरण हेतु राजसहायता का पुनर्निर्धारण कर दिया गया है। इस आशय के प्रस्ताव पर कृषि, उद्यान व रेशम विकास मंत्री श्री सुबोध उनियाल द्वारा स्वीकृति दे दी गई है।
योजना के तहत वर्तमान में 28 प्रजातियों को कृषिकरण पर अनुदान के लिए सम्मिलित किया गया है। इसमें सगन्ध घासें (लैमनग्रास, सिट्रोनला, पामारोजा, खस आदि) डेमस्क गुलाब, जिरेनियम, कालाजीरा, तेजपाल एवं तिमूर, चन्दन, मिन्ट ( Except- जापानी मिन्ट) जैसी प्रजातियां शामिल हैं व कृषिकरण पर लागत का 50 प्रतिशत के समान राजसहायता का प्राविधान है।

इस वर्ष से किसानों को दी जाने वाली राज सहायता का पुर्ननिर्धारण कर दिया गया है। अब तक वर्ष 2005 की उत्पादन लागत के अनुसार अनुदान राशि की गणना की जा रही थी। वर्तमान में महँगाई एवं कृषिकरण कार्यों की लागत में वृद्धि को मद्देनजर रखते हुए राजसहायता को निर्धारित किया गया है। उदाहरण के तौर पर सगन्ध घास प्रजाति में पौध संख्या/नाली रू. 550 राजसहायता को अब रू. 1000 पौध संख्या/नाली एवं डेमस्क गुलाब की खेती में पौध संख्या/नाली 200 का मानक 88 पौध संख्या/नाली कर दिया गया है। इसी तरह गुणवत्ता परीक्षण शुल्क पर 50 प्रतिशत छूट का प्राविधान किया गया है। योजनान्तर्गत अधिकाधिक किसानों को लाभान्वित कराये जाने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। साथ ही पंजीकृत किसानों के मध्य प्रतिवर्ष अलग-अलग किसानों को योजना से आच्छादित किया जाना है। अनुदान की अधिकतम सीमा रू. 1.00 लाख या 2 हैक्टे. भूमि पर पौध की लागत, जो भी न्यून हो, अनुमन्य होगा।
